6.1 Delivery Area: We deliver within a 15-mile radius from our central kitchen located at 913 New York Ave, Union City, NJ 07087. Delivery availability may be subject to change at our discretion.
6.2 Pickup Locations: If you are outside our delivery area or prefer to pick up your meals, we provide convenient pickup locations at local gyms. Pickup times and locations will be listed on the Site.
6.3 Delivery Timing: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee specific delivery times. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., traffic, weather conditions).
7.1 Order Modification: If you need to modify an order (e.g., adjust meal options, delivery date), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but modifications may not be possible once your order is processed.
7.2 Order Cancellation: Cancellations may be subject to fees if your order has already been prepared. Please review your plan’s cancellation policy or contact us directly for specific details.
8.1 Refund Policy: Due to the perishable nature of our meals, we generally do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order due to an error or quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will evaluate your request and, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or a credit.
8.2 Damaged or Missing Items: If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
